🖤 I’m with love with the Pukka teas! It’s 11pm here and I’m currently sipping on the womankind flavor that is supposed to bring calmness and relief. And obviously, I need every type of relief I can get in my life if I’m writing this late in the evening (but I love it!!).

Let’s be honest, I take any cake, any time. Hendrik also surprised me with a late birthday present – Yoga Anatomy book, yaay!
Press event goodies
Footshop prepared some awesome snacks at their press event. I was running late for my yoga class that day but I couldn’t forget to at least take a snap! Seriously, how cute the mini scones look?
How turmeric milk is done:
It’s super easy, plus delicious, plus incredibly healthy. Because all of the turmeric and cinnamon is awesome for reducing bloating and inflammation in your body. Mix milk (I love to use almond milk for this one) + 1tbs coconut oil + 1 tbs cinnamon + 1tsp turmeric + a touch of black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes and enjoy warm.

Last one from this trip, in my Rachel Zoe dress. Side note: I had to put a coat on after I ate my first portion of pretzels, the dress was not very forgiving of my appetite and I got scared people are going to start asking me when I was expecting, not good!
