It’s an autobiography of a man that has been a neurochirurg his whole life, treating cancer, and in the end, cancer also took his life. Powerful book that is going to stay with me and my thoughts for a long time.
Are you practicing yoga and don’t know what to listen to? You can have a look at my yoga playlist on Spotify, maybe it’s going to inspire you. Most of the songs are acoustic covers of well known songs because personally I like it best when practicing dynamic yoga styles.
Greeting from Las Palmas
Right now I’m
lounging on a beach lounging in the flat because rain started to pour and we had to run away from the beach (literally). Weather is changing minute by minute.
There’s lots of surfers and also elderly people and I’m thinking that being a retiree in Las Palmas is not bad at all. We’re living right at the promenade so we leave the door and we’re right at the ocean and the beach. Water is beatifully clear, so much that you can see fish swimming under and around you (which to be honest really frightens me).
Enjoy a few photos that has not been posted on my Instagram and Facebook yet:
Instead of street artists, there are beach ones that make sand sculptures.
If you’re used to doing headstands, level up your game a bit and tone your abs by going down with your stretched out legs about a half (as in the pic or lower) and then back up. The key is to be able to work with your pelvis properly because you have to tilt it back a bit when going down, otherwise you’re going to fall quickly to the ground.
Obsessed with pink sky.
Palms and Xmas lights? Amazing if you ask me.
