I’m a yoga, mobility, and handbalancing teacher with a deep love for helping people move better and feel stronger in their bodies. I didn’t grow up as a gymnast or dancer. Like many of you, I started from scratch—with lots of curiosity, confusion, and a strong desire to figure it out.
